1. Do you ship nationwide?

Yes. We offer nationwide delivery across the entire United Kingdom, including England, Scotland, Wales, and Northern Ireland.

2. How long does delivery take?

Delivery timeframes depend on your chosen method at checkout:

  • Standard Delivery: 2–4 business days

  • Express Delivery: 1–2 business days

Please allow extra time during peak seasons or bank holidays.

3. How long does it take to process my order?

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
During busy periods, processing times may be slightly longer, but we always do our best to dispatch orders as quickly as possible.

4. Do you accept returns?

Due to the perishable nature of sweets and confectionery, we generally cannot accept returns.
However, if you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours with photos so we can resolve the issue.

5. What should I do if I receive the wrong item?

Please contact us immediately with:

  • Photos of the item received

  • A photo of the packaging and shipping label

  • Your order number

We will arrange a replacement or refund.

6. Can I change or cancel my order?

You may cancel or amend your order only if it has not yet been processed or dispatched. Once the order is prepared for shipping, changes cannot be made.

7. How are the sweets packaged?

All orders are packaged securely to maintain freshness and prevent damage.
Fragile items and gift boxes receive additional care during packing.

8. Do your products contain allergens?

All allergen information is listed on each product page.
If you have specific dietary concerns or allergy questions, please contact us before placing your order.

9. What happens if my order is delayed?

Delays may occur during holidays, peak seasons, or due to courier issues.
